“Nothin' but pleased here. My repair was not an emergency. The back window defroster had been damaged, and hadn't worked for quite some time. I tried to repair it, but without success. Everything I read said that if you weren't able to repair it on the first try, then you probably wouldn't have any success with additional tries. After waiting for at least another year I decided to call around to get an idea about what it would cost to get a new glass with a new defroster. Visions was my second call. The price wasn't the lower of the two, but I was impressed by the number of reviews, and how most were very positive. I called Andrew back to see about scheduling the repair, and got it scheduled for the next day.

Andrew got in, got out and got the job done. He came to the house, so I was able to continue doing the yard work that I had planned to do. I got my yard work done and got a new back glass installed in my car.

I will call on Visions again if/when I need glass repair, and, though it doesn't come up often, will definitely recommend them should anyone I know be looking for good auto glass service.”

“My back windshield was broken on my Honda Civic on Saturday. I called and got an appointment for Tuesday at 6pm....yes 6pm. No one else was willing to come out this late but thankfully they were. Fast / professional / and excellent work I am very happy with the level of professionalism and work that was done. He cleaned up all the broken glass and had me up and running in no time

My car's windshield had to be repaired so I searched windshield repair companies and luckily I found Visions Automotive Glass. He was able to come to my house the same day that I called and was available to come within a couple hours. I told him that I had a lunch meeting that day and he was able to adjusted to my schedule which was amazing (not sure how many service companies are like this).

It was cheaper than the other 3 places i had called and he even came to my house that same day to do the replacement.
After about an hour or so, he was finished and the new glass looked great. He took cash, check or credit card, but fyi theres a small fee if you pay with card.
There was even a warranty on the worksmanship so if itbever leaked or if the molding startes to peel, he would fix it for free. I would def recommend them!”

“Well.... where do I start...! I walk out to my car in the morning to go snowboard (what a wonderful day!) and what'd ya know! Windows shattered and my property stolen!

I wasn't about to call it a day so I hopped online real quick to find someone to fix my window. And visions auto glass pops up.. Obviously I gave them a call since the review starts were great.

So, talked to one of the guys names Andy.. Even though it was 7am he said he could make it out to me within an hour. Now, I had to get out to the mountain asap so I called a few more places and well.. to make a long story short, none of them answered. So Visions was my last resort. ...

Well let me leave you with this. Andy at my door earlier then schedule and I couldn't thank him enough for coming in short notice. (Price wasn't bad either. Paid $200 for a rear 2011 corolla window)”

“Had a large crack in my windshield of my 2009 Honda Accord. I sent as email on Wednesday after hours, received a response 10 minutes later from Andrew who asked a few basic questions, make, model, 2 door or 4 door & if it's automatic read view mirror.

Set up an appointment for my day off on Monday between 10 am- 12 pm & was quoted $220. (Safelite quoted $330). James came out at 9:15 am, replaced it in my driveway in 20 minutes. Instructed not to drive it for about an hour, keep tape on for 24 hours, and no car wash for a few days. Everything looks great. 5 stars!”

“My rear window was shattered after being hit by a bb gun. Andrew returned my call on the same day, especially impressive considering it was a holiday weekend!

We scheduled an appointment for the following day between 10 - 12. He called at 11:30 to say that he was on his way and he arrived promptly at 12.

He carefully took his time to clean up all the glass inside my vehicle, including inside the trunk, and around the vehicle. Although it took a couple hours (with all the glass to clean up and the more difficult Volkswagen windows) I'm thoroughly impressed with his work.

I'd recommend Visions Auto to anyone looking for a professional job on short notice. Very happy with Visions Auto!”

“I spoke with Andrew and made an appointment. One of his techs got to my place on the appointed day and did a really great job. His name was gin0 and he used to work for safelite. I told him that safelite was my first choice but i had a bad experience in the past with them. If my windshield ever gets damaged or rock chipped, I would definitely recommend visions. They do a great job of fixing my windshield.”
